About ASFA

ASFA provides football fixtures, scores, standings, statistics, club and player information, tournaments, officials, news, awards and galleries. Software is provided by LOTADMIN Software Technology, Kottakkal.

Information used by the app

The current app does not provide account registration or a login form. It downloads football information and images from our server. Published records can include names, photographs, club affiliations, places, ages, phone numbers and player blood groups where supplied in the football records. These records may relate to players, club representatives, referees and committee members.

Network requests and local storage

When content is requested, hosting and network providers receive technical information such as an IP address and request details and may keep operational logs. Images may be cached on your device. The app uses Google Fonts, which may fetch fonts over the network when not available locally. Clearing app storage removes local cached content but does not remove published server records.

External services

Sponsor and news links open external websites. Map links send the displayed venue search to Google Maps. Calling a listed contact opens your phone application, and sharing uses the device share interface. These services apply their own privacy policies. The app does not need to read your address book or device GPS location for these actions.

Purpose and visibility

Football records are used to display competition information and help visitors contact listed representatives. Published information can be viewed by other app users. Avoid supplying private or sensitive information for public display.

Retention and correction requests

Football records may remain available as competition history until updated or removed by the administrator. For a correction, removal, privacy concern or a photograph involving a child, contact the relevant club or tournament representative using the contact details shown in ASFA and identify the record concerned. Server log and backup retention periods must be confirmed with the hosting administrator.

Updates

This policy should be updated when app features, hosting practices or service providers change. The date on this page identifies the latest revision.
